THE DEVELOPMENT OF STANDARD DANCING SKILLS USING GROUP LEARNING MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUE TAI FOR GRADE 3 STUDENTS

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to develop standard traditional dancing skills by using TAI technique co-operative group learning management to get an average score of not less than 80 of full score and the students who passed criteria with the total number of not less than 80% of the total students, 2) to study the satisfaction of grade 3 students on TAI technique co-operative group learning management.  This research model was Pre-Experimental Research which was a One Group Posttest Only Design. The target group was grade 3 students in Ban Na Fai school under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, who were studying in the second semester of the academic year 2020, with the total number of 23 people using purposive sampling method. The instruments used in this research included 12 learning management plans on standard traditional dancing skills development by using TAI technique co-operative group learning management, 1 hour for each plan, with the total number of 12 hours, 2) standard traditional skills assessment form by using TAI technique co-operative group learning management with 10 items, which was a 5-level rating scale, 3) the satisfaction assessment form on TAI techniques co-operative group learning management for grade 3 students with 20 items, which was a 5-level rating scale. The statistics used to analyze data comprised mean, percentage and standard deviation. The research results were found that: 1) The results of the development of standard traditional dancing skills using TAI technique co-operative group learning management, in overall, were found that the students got an average score of standard traditional dancing skills at passing level with 84.43%, and 21 students passed the criteria, or 91.30%, which was higher than the specified criteria. 2) The satisfaction of grade 3 students on TAI technique co-operative group learning management was found that the satisfaction assessment results were at the highest level (= 4.89, S.D. = 0.30).
