DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT BY USING E-LEARNING COURSES ON THE TOPIC OF THE IMPACT ON USING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ON COMPUTER AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR CAREERS SUBJECT FOR VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE STUDENTS

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to compare pre-test and post-test of learning achievement of vocational certificate students at Khon Kaen Industrial and Community Education College by using online E-learning courses on the topic of the impact on using information technology, 2) to study satisfaction towards online E-learning courses on the topic of the impact on using information technology of vocational certificate students at Khon Kaen Industrial and Community Education College. The sample group consisted of 30 vocational certificate students using simple random sampling method and using classroom as a random unit. The research model was One Group Pretest-Posttest Design pre-experimental research. The tools used in this research consisted of 3 sets including: 1) learning management plan on the impact on using information technology, 2) learning achievement assessment test,  3) satisfaction assessment form. The statistics used for data analysis comprised percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The research results were found that: 1) Learning achievement of vocational certificate students at Khon Kaen Industrial and Community Education College before and after experiment with online e-learning courses was found that students’ post-experimental scores were higher than pre-experimental scores with the statistical significance at .05 level. 2) Satisfaction towards online E-learning courses on the topic of the impact on using information technology of vocational certificate students at Khon Kaen Industrial and Community Education College was rated at the highest level (= 4.60, S.D. = 0.27).
