BUDDHIST LEADERSHIP FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS

Abstract

This article aims to synthesize the concepts of Buddhism leadership for education school administrators those were leadership, knowledge and experience, human relationship, and virtue, this will lead the organization to achieve its objectives effectively, consisted of 1) Jakkuma: wisdom, farce. 2) Withuro: good errands. 3) Nissayasampanno: rely on others and 4) the seven Sappurisadhamma: qualities of a good man; virtues of a gentleman principles are: (1) Dharmannutta: knowing the law; knowing the cause or being able to do anything. Must know the principles, know the job, know the duties, know the rules and regulations that are relevant. (2) Atthannuta: knowing the meaning; knowing the purpose; knowing the consequence (3) Attannuta: knowing oneself (4) Mattannuta: moderation; knowing how to be temperate; sense of proportion (5) Kàlannutà: knowing the proper time; knowing how to choose and keep. (6) Parisannutà: knowing the assembly; knowing the society. (7) Puggalannutà: knowing the individual; knowing the different individuals
