Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) to study the levels of the Happiness Workplace As A Teacher Perspective In The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, and 2) to compare Happiness Workplace As A Teacher Perspective In The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 classified by the education background, working experience, academic standing. It’s survey research. The study sample consisted of 357 teachers who worked under Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office in academic year 2022. The samples were categorized by using the Cohen’ random samples which were selected by Quota Sampling Then it is randomly sampled in multiple stages. By dividing by stratified random sampling according to the affiliation of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2. Then perform simple random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire querying teacher' opinion about levels of The Teachers' thoughts on the organization of happiness Workplace. The questionnaire was found to be conched of the reliability level of 0.0934. The statics used in the data analyzed were mean, standaed deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s Multiple Comparison Method. Findings are as follows: 1) The results of Happiness Workplace as a Teacher Perspective in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 was at high level, considering each dimension of the opinions, all of them were also at high level. 2) The results of Happiness Workplace as a Teacher Perspective in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, classified by the education background, working experience, academic standing. The opinions of government teachers teaching in educational institutions with different educational backgrounds have opinions on the organization of happiness overall and by side the difference was statistically significant level of .0, Except for the aspect of having a good society and the aspect of harmony in the organization. No difference and civil servants teaching in educational institutions with experience, work, and academic standing, in general and in each aspect, are different.
