Abstract
The purposes of this research are: 1) to study creative leadership of school administrators as the perception of teachers under Prawet District Office Bangkok, and 2) to compare creative leadership of school administrators as the perception of teachers under Prawet District Office Bangkok classified by educational background, academic standing and work experiences. This is a survey research study. The study sample consisted of 234 teachers who worked in schools under Prawet District Office Bangkok in the academic year 2022. The sample participants were categorized using Cohen’ random samples, which were selected by simple random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire querying teachers’ opinions about creative leadership of school administrators. The questionnaire was found to be couched of the reliability level of 0.972. The statistics used in the data analysis were mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s multiple comparison method.
The findings are as follows: 1) The results of creative leadership of school administrators as the perception of teachers under Prawet District Office Bangkok were at high level. Considering each dimension of the opinions, all of them were also at a high level. 2) The results of creative leadership of school administrators as the perception of teachers under Prawet District Office Bangkok, classified by the educational background, academic standing and work experiences.
The opinion of creative leadership of school administrators with different educational background and academic standing were found to be with no difference, and teachers with different work experience. There is a perception about creative leadership of school administrators. Overall, there is no difference. When considering each side, it was found that the aspect of taking in to individualized consideration. The difference was statistically significant at the .05 level. Other aspects were not different.
