THE DEVOLOPMENT OF TEACHING MANAGEMENT MODEL ON ACTIVE LEARNING UNDER SURATTHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The objectives this research was to study the condition of teaching and learning management of teachers. To draft an active learning teaching and learning model of teachers and to evaluate an active learning teaching and learning model of teachers under the Office of Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area 1.The research consisted of 3 steps:  Step 1: Study the conditions of teaching and learning management of teachers. The samples were 302 students under the Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, obtained by using a stratified random sampling method from the Krajsey and Morgan tables. Questionnaire tool The reliability was 0.96. Data were analyzed using basic statistics, including mean and standard deviation. Step 2 Drafting an active learning teaching and learning model of teachers under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 by group discussion of 5 experts. Step 3: The results of the evaluation of the teaching and learning style of active learning of teachers under the Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 from 9 experts, The tools used were to assess the suitability and feasibility of the model. Using frequency and percentage statistics.The research findings were as follow: 1) The condition of teaching and learning management of teachers under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 found that overall and each aspect at a high level Ranked in order of average from most to least, namely teaching and learning management. Promotion and support of learning management the use of media and learning resources and measurement and evaluation respectively. 2) Active learning teaching and learning model of teachers under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was divided into 4 components: Component 1 Active learning teaching and learning Component 2 Promotion and support of learning management knowledge and use of learning resources Component 3: Creating an atmosphere to promote learning Component 4: Measurement and Evaluation. 3) The results of the feasibility assessment of the teaching and learning model using Active learning of teachers under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were overall in 93.83%.
