LEADERSHIP IN THE NEXT NORMAL OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER KHON KAEN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were; to study the level of situational leadership of the next normal of school administrators under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and to compare the Situational leadership of the next normal of school administrators under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by gender, work experience and school size. The researcher collected the data from administrators totaling 105 persons by the questionnaire and analyzed the data by frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA. The findings were as follows; The leadership of the next normal of school administrators under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 could be discussed results classified by different level that the overall was at the highest level (X̅= 4.86). While considering in each aspect, it was found that the highest  level was Inspiration (X̅=4.89), Teamwork (X̅= 4.87), Achievement-Vision (X̅=4.86), Innovation (X̅= 4.85) and Transformational Leadership (X̅= 4.84).The comparison of the leadership of the next normal of school administrators under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by gender, work experience and school size found that the school administrators were in the different gender, and school size were not statistically significantly different. with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
