DEVELOPING ON READING AND SPEAKING SKILLS IN LEARNING UNIT BEDTIME STORY FOR 4TH GRADE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS THROUGH THE USE OF ONLINE FOLK TALES.

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to Developing on reading and speaking skills through the use of online folk tales to be effective according to the criteria of 75/75 2) To compare the learning achievement of 4th Grade Elementary School students by using of online folk tales between before and after learning management 3) To developing reading skills of 4th Grade Elementary School students by using online folk tales to be effective according to the criteria of 75. 4) To developing speaking skills of 4th Grade Elementary School students by using of online folk tales to be effective according to the criteria of 75. The sample size was 27 students of 4th Grade Elementary School students studying during the second semester in academic year 2021 of Bansompoi school by Cluster random sampling. The research instruments were 1) Learning management plan in learning Unit Bed time story 2) the achievement test 3) the reading skill exercises. 4) the speaking skill exercises. The data were analyzed by averages standard deviation and t-test dependent. The results found that; 1. The efficiency of the learning management plan through reading and speaking skills in learning Unit Bed time story of 4th Grade Elementary School students was 81.71/81.46, that was significantly higher than established criteria. 2. The reading skill base on situation exercises of 4th Grade Elementary School students was higher than the criteria. 3. The speaking skill base on situation exercises of 4th Grade Elementary School students was higher than the criteria. 4. The learning achievement of 4th Grade Elementary School students by learning by online folk tales in Unit Bed time story increased significantly at the .05 level.
