TRANSFORMATION OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS INTO THE DIGITAL DISRUPTION ERA

Abstract

Currently, there are changes due to new innovations or technologies leading to the change in the operations models of schools and lifestyles. Most of the changes were rapid changes; therefore, it led to the replacement of the educational management model to be a new model that was completely changed. It was called the "Digital Disruption Era," which was the management using modern digital technologies to support all sectors of management, especially the educational sector, which required the use of modern technologies to support the school administration model in order to be ready to respond to the current world situation that was constantly changed. According to the studying and reviewing of concepts, theories, and research related to the transformation of educational organizations into the digital disruption era, it was concluded that there were 6 important elements as follows: 1) Strategy, 2) Operation, 3) Personnel Readiness, 4) Technology, 5) Resources, and 6) Organizational Culture. Therefore, the adaptation of digital technology into educational institutions would facilitate and enhance the ability of educational management, as well as encourage learners to learn continuously.
