THE STUDY OF THE INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE OPERATING CONDITIONS OF BASIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE OFFICE OF SECONDARY EDUCATION AREA, UBON RATCHATHANI AND AMNART CHAROEN

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to; 1) study the implementation of the internal quality assurance operating conditions of Basic Educational Institutions under the Office of Secondary Education Area, Ubon Ratchathani and Amnart Chareon, 2) compare the internal quality assurance operating conditions of Basic Educational Institutions, regarding size, position, level of education, and working experience, and 3) study guidelines in implementing the internal quality assurance operating conditions of Basic Educational Institutions under the Office of Secondary Education Area, Ubon Ratchathani and Amnart Chareon. The results finding were as follows: 1) The implementation of the internal quality assurance operating conditions of Basic Educational Institutions under the Office of Secondary Education Area, Ubon Ratchathani and Amnart Chareon indicated at high level. Considered each aspect. 2) The comparison of participants’ opinions towards the internal quality assurance operating conditions of Basic Educational Institutions found that there were statistically significant differences at .01 on the level of education, year of experience, and institutions’ size whereas the position was no difference. 3) The guidelines in implementing the internal quality assurance operating conditions of the study were suggested to use the external evaluation results from the Office of the Nation Education Standards and Quality Assessment as the information to operate the internal quality assurance, set the compatible system between the external and the internal quality assurance, and determine the educational goals and directions based on the reflections in order to meet the needs of students, parents, and community. Moreover, results were recommended to create quality assurance network between schools, and decentralize to individual school to develop its own operation of the internal quality assurance.
