AN EXCELLENT PRIVATE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION MODEL IN PRINCIPLE OF SAPPURISDHAMMA 7

Abstract

        This objectives of this research were: (1) To analyze the factors of an excellence private school administration in principle of Sappurisdhamma 7; (2) To develop a guideline of an excellence administration in private schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission; and (3) To confirm an excellence private school administration model in principle of Sappurisdhamma 7. The methods of this study were divided into 3 steps. Step 1 was to analyze the factors of an excellence private school administration in principle of Sappurisdhamma 7 by using related documents, an interview 7 experts, and questionnaire results from 552 participants. The research instruments used in this process were interviews and questionnaires the validity level at 0.99. The statistics employed was content analysis, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and exploratory factors analysis. Step 2 was to develop an excellence private school administration model in principle of Sappurisdhamma 7 by holding a connoisseurship of 11 experts. The instruments used to analyze were a draft of the excellence administration in private schools and connoisseurship documents. The statistics employed was content analysis. Step 3 was to evaluate an excellence administration in private schools by using a model evaluation form to collect the data from 10 school directors by using the purposive sampling. The instrument employed was a guideline confirmation form. The statistics were percentage, mean and standard deviation.The research findings were revealed as follows: 1) The analysis the factors of the excellence private school administration in principle of Sappurisdhamma 7 comprised of 7 factors were as follows: 1) leadership of school administration in principle of Sappurisdhamma 7 2) personnel’s quality in principle of Sappurisdhamma 7 3) management planning in principle of Sappurisdhamma 7 4) cooperation network in principle of Sappurisdhamma 7 5) quality of students in principle of Sappurisdhamma 7 6) school operations in principle of Sappurisdhamma 7, and 7) personnel development in principle of Sappurisdhamma 7. 2) The excellence private school administration model in principle of Sappurisdhamma 7 comprised of 3 parts: 1) introduction, 2) content which consisted of the factors of administration model and administration process for excellence, and 3) success condition. 3) The confirmation of the excellence private school administration model in principle of Sappurisdhamma 7 in the aspects of the correctness, the suitability, the feasibility, and the utility were at the highest level.
