THE DEVELOPMENT OF A BUDDHIST TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP MODEL FOR PRIVATE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS

Abstract

            This objectives of this research were1) to study Buddhist transformational leadership for private school administrators,2) to create a Buddhist transformational leadership model for private school administrators, and 3) to assess the feasibility of Buddhist transformational leadership model for private school administrators. private school administrators This research is a combined research method. The sample used consisted of 25 people involved in the management as a private school, consisting of a group of directors, deputy director, and teachers of 10 each by in-depth interviews. and having group conversations From both internal and external experts involved in the development of a Buddhist transformational leadership model for private school administrators bring data for content analysis The research findings were revealed as follows: 1) Conditions of Buddhist transformational leadership for private school administrators The mean of the variables at the highest level was 3 variables, namely, school administrators expressed confidence in teachers' ability to manage learning successfully according to the school's aims.
