Abstract

            This objectives of this research were1) to study Buddhist transformational leadership for private school administrators,2) to create a Buddhist transformational leadership model for private school administrators, and 3) to assess the feasibility of Buddhist transformational leadership model for private school administrators. private school administrators This research is a combined research method. The sample used consisted of 25 people involved in the management as a private school, consisting of a group of directors, deputy director, and teachers of 10 each by in-depth interviews. and having group conversations From both internal and external experts involved in the development of a Buddhist transformational leadership model for private school administrators bring data for content analysis The research findings were revealed as follows: 1) Conditions of Buddhist transformational leadership for private school administrators The mean of the variables at the highest level was 3 variables, namely, school administrators expressed confidence in teachers' ability to manage learning successfully according to the school's aims. Educational institute administrators show confidence in themselves in carrying out their work to achieve the school's objectives. and war-house administrators to create a unique operational identity that makes teachers and stakeholders feel connected, respectively. 2)  Buddhist Transformational Leadership Model for Private School Administrators The researchers applied the elements of an effective change leader glue pattern. which is a model that the researcher created and developed from all the data to check by means of assessment in the form of expert reference by proposing 10 experts and experts to consider the issue accuracy suitability possibility side And in terms of utilization, it was found that 10 experts and experts had an opinion that they were 100% correct. 3) Feasibility of the Buddhist Transformational Leadership Model for Private School Administrators From this research study It is accurate, appropriate, feasible, and can be applied to real practice in developing school administrators to be change leaders. and Buddhist changes for private school administrators with opinions and Additional recommendations for implementing the development of a Buddhist transformational leadership model for private school administrators.
