THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SUPERVISION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR DUAL TRAINING STUDENTS BASED ON PARTICIPATION BY BUDDHIST PRINCIPLES OF PRIVATE VOCATIONAL COLLEGES IN KHONKAEN

Abstract

         The purposes of this research were: (1) To study current and desired conditions of the supervision management for dual training students based on participation by Buddhist principles of private vocational colleges In Khonkaen; (2) To develop the supervision management system for dual training students based on participation by Buddhist principles of private vocational colleges in Khonkaen; and (3) To confirm the developed supervision management system for dual training students based on participation by Buddhist principles of private vocational colleges in Khonkaen. The methods of this study were divided into 5 steps. Step 1 was to study papers and research related to supervision and concepts of participation by evaluating the need for the conceptual framework. Step 2 was to define components of supervision management system development for dual training students based on participation by in-depth interview with qualified experts and then using the data was analyzed to select the appropriate components. Step 3 was to study current and desired conditions in development of supervision management system for dual training students based on participation by using the feedback questionnaires. Step 4 was to develop supervision management system for dual training students based on participation by using the information from step 3 to discuss the group to develop a supervision management system for dual training students based on participation by Buddhist principles of private vocational colleges in Khonkaen. Step 5 was to confirm the possibilities of development of supervision management system for dual training students based on participation by Buddhist principles of private vocational colleges in Khonkaen with academic seminar among qualified experts and stakeholders. The research results were revealed as follows: 1) The current condition of supervision management for dual training students based on participation by Buddhist principles of private vocational colleges in Khonkaen was at high level. The desired condition in supervision management for dual training students based on participation by Buddhist principles of private vocational colleges in Khonkaen was at the highest level.  2) The development of supervision management system for dual training students based on participation by Buddhist principles of private vocational colleges in Khonkaen consisted of 5 components with a PNImodified value between 0.20 - 0.31 as follows: 1) student supervision planning 2) student supervision implementation 3) observation of supervision results 4) evaluation, and 5) reflection on student supervision. 3) The confirmation of the results of the supervision management system for dual training students based on participation by Buddhist principles of private vocational colleges in Khonkaen which was developed by the researcher was found to be statistically significant at the level .01 of validity, suitability, feasibility and usefulness.
