A STUDY OF COMPENENTS OF TECHNOLOGICAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS

Abstract
The main objective of this article was to study of technological leadership of school administrators. The research process was divided into two steps: Step 1 involved an examination of 12 different sources comprising conceptual, theoretical, and related research papers; Step 2 entailed the technological leadership of school administrators components by five experts associated. The research utilized a research synthesis form and a 5-point rating scale appropriateness assessment. Statistical tools such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were employed for data analysis, and content synthesis was used to analyze the gathered data. The research findings revealed the presence of six main components of technological leadership of school administrators. These components are as follows: (1) Technological vision, (2) Technology for learning, (3) Technology for professional development, (4) Supporting the use of technology, (5) Technology for assessment and (6) Ethics in using technology. Moreover, all of these components were deemed highly appropriate by the participants involved in the assessment.
