Organizational Culture of Private Vocational Institutions under vocational education of Sisaket Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the organizational culture of private vocational institutions under the vocational education of Sisaket Province  2) to compare the organizational culture of private vocational institutions under vocational education. Of Sisaket Province, classified by position , education level and work experience and 3) to study the problems and guidelines for strengthening the organizational culture of private vocational institutions under vocational education of Sisaket Province. The sample group were 159 educational institution administrators and teachers. The research tools used in collecting data, it was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire and open-ended questionare  with a reliability value of the questionnaire equal to 0.98. The statistics used in data analysis included finding percentages, means, and standard deviations. Analysis of t- test, F-test, and test of pairwise differences  used Scheffe's method. The results of the research found that The research results found that 1) Results of the study of organizational culture of private vocational educational institutions under the affiliation. Vocational education in Sisaket Province as a whole was at the highest level. 2) Organizational culture level of private vocational institutions under vocational education of Sisaket Province, classification by position and education level by overall, they were not different, as for work experience was differences statistically significant at the 0.05 level. 3) The problem was found that the organizational culture was not clearly concrete yet, and there was a development guideline: the organization should have a clear vision, policy, create value, communicate and put into practice with innovation. through equal cooperation evaluating and developing sustainable standard.
