Abstract
The purposes of this research were; To study the administration of educational institutions towards excellence to promote global citizenship. Including to study problems and guidelines for developing educational institution administration towards excellence in order to promote global citizenship of schools in the Khao Saming-Bo Rai campus. Under the jurisdiction of the Chanthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Trat. The sample group included 116 teachers and educational personnel, 10 experts in focus groups, and 5 interviews. The instrument was a questionnaire. Focus group recordings and interview recordings. Statistics used include percentages, averages, and standard deviations. and content analysis. The results of the research were as follows: 1) Management of educational institutions towards excellence to promote global citizenship Overall it is at the highest level. and is at the highest level in every aspect, namely organizational leadership Focusing on students and stakeholders Focusing on personnel Process management Strategic planning operational results and measurement, analysis, and knowledge management, respectively. 2) The problem is that there is not enough technology to carry out the work or the fact that technology has not been applied in the work as it should be. In addition, there was a problem of planning work that lacked clear goals. The path is not clear. The process is not clear. There is only one purpose to be achieved. But it is not clearly stated that In order to achieve that goal What are the steps and processes? Including the poor working atmosphere. There are divisions in educational institutions. 3) The guideline for managing educational institutions towards excellence to promote global citizenship is that administrators should set clear aims, goals, or visions. So that personnel and teachers in educational institutions can follow the goals in the same direction. There is a clear management plan. Promote students' knowledge, abilities and academic achievement. By improving and developing the teaching process to keep up with the times.
