THE EFFECT OF USING THE GUIDANCE ACTIVITY WITH THE USE OF GROWTH MINDSET TO DEVELOP EDUCATIONAL AND CAREER GOAL SETTING OF SECONDARY FOUR STUDENS OF DEBSIRIN SCHOOL NONTHABURI

Abstract
The research aimed to 1) study the effect of using guidance activity with the use of growth mindset to develop educational and career goal setting of secondary four students of Debsirin school Nonthabburi and 2) compare the score of educational and career goal setting between experimental group and control group after using the activity. The research was Quasi – Experimental Research. The samples this research were secondary four students of Debsirin school Nonthabburi in the second semester of academic year 2023 through simple random which were divided in to experimental group and control group. The experimental group participated 10 sessions of activity which was 50 minutes for each. The tools in this research were 1) guidance activity with the use of growth mindset to develop educational and career goal setting of secondary four and the learning manual 2) test for educational and career goal setting. The tools were analyzed through Standard Deviation Parametric Statistics Paired – Sample T- test 3) evaluation questionnaires related satisfaction of the activity.The research found that 1) the students in experimental group participated in activity passed higher score than before participating activity at the statistical significance level of .05 2) the students in experimental group participated in activity passed higher score compared with control group at the statistical significance level of .05 3) the satisfaction level of participant was rated at the highest level.
