LEARNING ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT PROCESS KHOK NONG NA MODEL, CHATTURAT DISTRICT, CHAIYAPHUM PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the development process of Khok Nong Na Model, Chatturat District, Chaiyaphum Province; 2) to study the implementation of a learning organization. Khok Nong Na Model, Chatturat District, Chaiyaphum Province This research is a qualitative research. Key informants: 11 people, namely, plot owners or those responsible for the extension of the prototype household for improving the quality of life according to the new theory applied to the "Kok Nong Na Model" ,Group members, scholars and developers responsible for Khok Nong Na work The research tool was an in-depth interview. and small group meetings Data analysis by organizing data by classification according to objectives. Categorize all types of data and analyze relationships by using theoretical concepts as a framework to explain. The data were then analyzed along with the context in the area.

          The results of the research showed that the development process of Khok Nong Na Model, Chatturat District, Chaiyaphum Province consisted of 1) creation of mechanisms for driving, 2) human development, 3) working for the poor, 4) building knowledge, and 5) building networks and expanding result.
