CREATIVE LEADERSHIP OF THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS ACCORDING TO THE TEACHER ATTITUDES UNDER THE OFFICE OF CHONBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to; 1) observe the attitudes toward the creative leadership of the school administrators according to the teachers’ opinions under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 2) to compare the level of creative leadership of the school administrators according to the teachers’ opinions under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 which classified according to the education background, position, and work experiences. The samples of this research were 322 teachers in the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research tool is a 5-point rating scale with content validity of 0.80 - 1.00 and reliability rate of 0.987content reliability between 0.80 - 1.00 with confidence of .987. The statistical tools were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, One Way Anova. The results are as follows ; 1.The teachers’ attitude toward the creative leadership of the school administrators according to the teachers’ opinions under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was at a high level. 2.The comparison of opinions of teachers of the creative leadership of the school administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 2.1) The teachers with different education background reflected different levels of attitudes toward the creative leadership of the school administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. There were both overall and specific difference. 2.2) There was no overall and specific difference in level of attitude toward the creative leadership of the school administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in terms of different positions of the teachers 2.3) The teachers who have different work experiences showed the there was no overall and specific difference in level of attitude toward the creative leadership of the school administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3
