NEEDS ASSESSMENT FOR DEVELOPING PANYAPRATEEP SCHOOL MANAGEMENT BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTION

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship is a form of social innovation that successfully addresses social issues while maintaining business sustainability goals. Providing education to foster social entrepreneurial intention is crucial for increasing the number of social entrepreneurs and is beneficial in developing essential student characteristics. This qualitative research aims to study the needs for developing Panyaprateep School management based on the concept of social entrepreneurial intention. The research methodology involves collecting data through interviews with ten school administrators, teachers, and coaches from Panyaprateep School, selected through purposive sampling. The research tool used is a semi-structured interview, with data collected through in-depth interviews. The data analysis method employed is content analysis. The research findings indicate that the most needed component for social entrepreneurial intention is empathy, while the most needed components for school management are teaching methods and student activities.
