DEVELOPMENT OF A MANUAL FOR INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS FOR SCHOOLS UNDER THE SISAKET PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

              The purposes of this research are to 1) study the problems and needs to develop a manual for internal quality assurance within educational institutions. Early childhood education level schools under the Sisaket Provincial Administrative Organization 2) design and develop a manual for internal quality assurance within educational institutions for Early childhood educational level of Sisaket Provincial Administrative Organization’s schools 3) use the internal quality assurance manual within the educational institutions for Early childhood educational level Schools under the Sisaket Provincial Administrative Organization 4) evaluate the used of internal quality assurance manual within educational institutions for Early childhood educational level schools of Sisaket Provincial Administrative Organization using Conducting research and 4 phases of development. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test and content analysis.

The research findings indicate that              1. Early childhood teachers lack of Internal quality assurance’s concepts and understanding. That causes delays and errors while doing their performances. Consequently, it is crucial to provide the manual of internal quality assurance of Early childhood educational level and proper training for the Early childhood teachers at the highest level.               2. Manual for internal quality assurance of Early childhood educational level effective meets the 80/80 criteria              3. Early childhood teachers who use internal quality assurance manual have higher score compares with pre-training with statistically significant at the .01 level.               4. Early childhood teachers are satisfied with the used of internal quality assurance manual for Early childhood educational level The overall picture is at a high level.
