THE GOOD GOVERNANCE OF THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS THAT INFLUENCING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES ADMINISTRATION UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE NAKHON SI THAMMARAT

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) To study the good governance of the school administrators. 2) To study the effectiveness of educational. 3) To study the good governance of the school administrators that influencing the effectiveness of educational. 4) To study the development of the good governance of the school administrators institutes administration under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat. The sample group used in the research included 338 teachers in educational institutions under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat, academic year 2023. The sample was drawn using multi-stage random sampling, totaling 338 people. The sample size was determined by Krejcie & Morgan (Krejcie & Morgan) with a stratified sampling method level. The tool used is a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.90. Statistics used in the research include percentages, means, and standard deviations. Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.
The research results were as follows:
- The good governance of the school administrators under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat was overall very high. The highest average was in ethics, while the lowest average was in transparency.
- The overall of the effectiveness of educational institutes administration under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat was very high. The highest average in the ability to solve problems within the educational institution. The lowest average was in the ability to change and develop educational institutions.
- The Good Governance of The School Administrators that Influencing the effectiveness of educational Institutes administration under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat, especially at the concentration level, has 4 parts: the rule of law, ethics, transparency, and the participation. Influencing the effectiveness of educational institutes administration statistical significance at the .01 level.
- The Guidelines for developing the good governance of the school administrators, suggest that managers should executives should develop themselves all the time. By strengthening morality Ethics adjusted to be consistent with the context of the educational institution. There is a meeting with teachers and personnel to gain understanding. Be aware of the mission of each context in your own There is document evidence that can be verified at every step. Flexible educational institution administration according to the situation. Open channels for stakeholders to reflect on individual needs and problems through various channels. Use efficient processes to help by considering savings. and value in a fair, correct, and appropriate manner.
