Factors Contributing to the Success of Internal Quality Assurance Operations in Schools under the Jurisdiction of Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

This study aims to (1) investigate the factors contributing to the success of internal quality assurance operations in schools under the jurisdiction of Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, and (2) develop a predictive model for these factors. The sample consisted of 100 participants. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale, with an Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) ranging from .67 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient (Cronbach's alpha) of .93. Statistical methods used for data analysis included percentage,mean, standard deviation, Pearson's simple correlation, and multiple regression analysis.The research findings revealed that the factors contributing to the success of internal quality assurance operations in schools include leadership, technology, communication, organizational structure, and personnel.      Among these, leadership, technology, organizational structure, and personnel were identified as significant predictors of success at the .05 level, with a combined predictive power of 26.00%. The predictive model is represented by the equation: Y = 2.756 + .442X₁ - .299X₂ - .350X₄ + .500X₅ where Y represents success in internal quality assurance, X₁represents leadership, X₂ represents technology, X₄ represents organizational structure, and X₅ represents personnel. The multiple correlation coefficient is .510, indicating a moderate relationship between these factors and the success of internal quality assurance operations.
