GUIDELINS FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE ACCORDING TO VOCATIONAL EDUCATION STARDARD ACCORDING ON SAPPURISADHAMMA 7 UNDER THE OFFICE OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION IN SURIN PROVINCE.

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were 1) to study the administrative conditions of educational institutions based on the vocational education standards, 2) to study the methods for administering educational institutions based on the vocational education standards according to the principles of Sappurisadham 7under the Surin Provincial Vocational Education Office 3) to propose guidelines for administering educational institutions based on vocational education standards according to the principles of Sappurisadham 7 under the Surin Provincial Vocational Education Office. The research results were found as follows: 1) Conditions of administration of educational institutions based on vocational education standards under the Surin Provincial Vocational Education Office were at a high level (=4.35, S.D.=0.66) in overall and when classified into each aspect, it was found that the average was at a high level in every aspect. The highest level was the organizing vocational education aspect (=4.47, S.D.=0.58), followed by vocational education curriculum aspect (=4.39, S.D.= 0.66), putting policy into practice aspect (=4.33, S.D.=0.67), and management aspect ( =4.23, S.D.=0.75) respectively. 2) Methods of administration of educational institutions based on vocational education standards according to the principles of Sappurisadham 7, under the Surin Provincial Vocational Education Office were found as follows; for the aspect of Vocational education curriculum, there were the survey and curriculum design as determined by the community; for the aspect of teaching and learning, there were a survey and teacher recruitment of with educational qualifications and numbers according to the criteria; for the management and administration, there were planning and managing to allocate budget funds in each area in a worthwhile manner; and for the implementation of policy into practice, there were cooperation agreements with governmental and private agencies by using the principles of Sappurisadhamma 7.3) Guidelines for administration of educational institutions based on vocational education standards according to the principles of Sappurisadhamma 7, under the Surin Provincial Vocational Education Office were found as follows; for the aspect of Vocational education curriculum, there should be the survey and curriculum design as determined by the community and provide the competency based curriculum; for the aspect of teaching and learning, there should be a meeting of the educational institute committee to survey and develop the teachers’  educational qualifications and numbers according to the criteria; for the management and administration, there should be using a budget funds with honesty, value, and full potential to achieve the set goals; and for the implementation of policy into practice, there should be a meeting to exchange and learning with governmental and private agencies by using the principles of Sappurisadhamma 7.
