GUIDELINES FOR ADMINISTRATION THE STUDENT CARE AND SUPPORT SYSTEM IN DIGITAL AGE BASED ON BRAHMAVIHARA FOUR OF RATCHASIMA SCHOOL GROUP UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICENAKHON RATCHASIMA

Abstract

          This research, which is both quantitative and qualitative research, aims to  1) study the administrative conditions of the student support system in the digital era of the Ratchasima School Group under the Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2) study methods for managing the student support system in the digital age according to the four sublime states of mind of the Ratchasima School Group under the Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Service Area Office,  and 3)propose guidelines for the administration of the student support system in the digital age according to the four sublime states of mind of the Ratchasima School Group under the Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Statistics used in this research are percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research has found that: 1. Condition of administration of the student support system in the digital era of the Ratchasima School Group was found that the condition of administration of the student support system in the digital era in all 5 areas is at the highest level. 2. Methods for managing the student support system in the digital age according to the four sublime states of mind of the Ratchasima School Group under the Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Service Area Office was found that each aspect has the following management methods; Knowing each student individually has a method for creating tools or assessments to cover all students, which is consistent with the principles of loving-kindness according to the four sublime states of mind. Screening students has a method for using the results of student screening to help students according to the problems of individual students which are consistent with the principle of loving-kindness according to the four sublime states of mind. Student promotion and development has methods for organizing activities that help students know their strengths and weaknesses and how to improve and develop themselves, which is consistent with the principle of kindness according to the four sublime states of mind. To prevent and help students, there are ways to organize activities by separating student groups into risk groups and groups with problems. There are activities to help in each area to match the problems and help students appropriately which is consistent with the principle of loving-kindness according to the four sublime states of mind, and referring students with problems to experts who can solve problems and create networks to help students, which is consistent with the principle of loving-kindness according to the four sublime states of mind; loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, equanimity
