STRATEGIES FOR BUILDING A MODEL RESEARCH CENTER OF MAHACHULALONGKORNRAJAVIDYALAYA UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to develop a strategy for creating a research center of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, 2) to promote a prototype research center of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, and 3) to support a prototype research center in sustainable development according to the policy of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The result was found that; (1) In terms of guidelines for developing the strategy for setting up a research center at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, it was found that an important strategy is to determine the main objectives of setting up a research center, such as supporting research and innovation with high potential. Strengthening skills and knowledge for researchers Creating innovations that can be used to solve social problems or strengthen cooperation between universities and the public and private sectors. Emphasis is placed on creating cooperation and planning budget allocation for research center operations by considering expenses in terms of equipment. Research stipend knowledge development and support for special projects, determining measurement and evaluation methods for research centers to be able to improve and develop strategies to create effective management systems to manage data and resources related to research centers. Creating transparency in research center operations including the dissemination of research results and innovations. (2) In terms of promoting the prototype research center of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, it was found that Promoting university model research centers usually has the objective of supporting and promoting valuable research and generating research results that are beneficial to society as a whole. The objective is to strengthen the ability to create innovations that can respond to social needs and support for local and community development. Promoting the university's prototype research center includes providing research funding, supporting teachers and researchers, developing research results for the research center, and creating a space that fully supports research work. Promotion of all model research centers can have specific objectives in different areas of the monastic college campuses and colleges. And (3) In terms of supporting the prototype research center in sustainable development according to Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University policy, it was found that Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University has a clear policy to support academic research and development. By giving importance to creating a prototype research center that can work sustainably and produce products that are valuable to society and the nation. Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University's funding focuses on providing adequate funding and resources for the prototype research center. To be able to operate efficiently and continuously, building academic-industry partnerships is an important part of the policy. Prototype research centers work with the private sector and government to achieve results that are beneficial for both academia and society. Supporting researchers Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University places great importance on developing researchers' skills and knowledge, and encourage researchers to have an environment that stimulates the development of creativity.
