Abstract

The purposes of the research: 1) To study the academic administration of educational institutions. 2) To study the learning outcomes of students in educational institutions. 3) To compare student learning outcomes of educational institutions. The variables are gender, educational qualifications, experience in performing duties, and size of the educational institution. 4) To study academic administration that affects student learning outcomes of educational institutions. 5) To study development guidelines for academic administration that affect student learning outcomes of educational institutions. Learning of students of educational institutions Under the jurisdiction of the Phatthalung Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Academic administration of educational institutions under the Phatthalung Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Overall, it is at the highest level. When considering each aspect, separately It was found that the side with the highest average Measurement and evaluation. Followed by curriculum development, instructional supervision and instructional management, respectively. 2.
