DIGITAL LEADERSHIP OF THE TEACHERS IN WAT NAWONG SCHOOL PATHUM THANI PROVINCE

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of digital leadership of teachers in Wat Nawong School, Pathum Thani Province, 2) to compare the digital leadership of teachers, classified by gender, age, current position, educational qualifications, and work experience, using quantitative research methods. The sample group was 66 teachers in Wat Nawong School, Pathum Thani Province. The research instrument was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test and One-Way ANOVA. The results of the research revealed that 1) the digital leadership of teachers in Wat Nawong School, Pathum Thani Province was at a high level in all aspects. 2) The comparison of digital leadership of teachers in all six aspects showed no significant differences in terms of gender, current position, and educational qualifications. However, when comparing digital leadership of teachers, classified by age and work experience, both overall and in specific aspects-including Digital Literacy, Digital Communication, Digital Integration and Application in Teaching and Learning, and Digital Technology Creativity, there were significant differences at the 0.05 statistical significance level.
