ความสัมพันธ์วิปัสสนากรรมฐานกับหลักไตรสิกขา

摘要

The relationship between Threefold Training and insight meditation was studied by the meditator to understand training in higher morality, mentality, and wisdom by means of following morality and making mind stable and peaceful from the coming defilement. The Four Foundations of Mindfulness was practiced until the meditator got wisdom to understand clearly the mentality and corporeality (Sammāditthi), as well as their rising and falling (Ditthivisuddhi). The meditator had to understand Three Characteristics step by step until he recognized the mentality and corporeality as danger. As a result, mind was full of boringness and great attempt to be free from the mentality and corporeality. When the meditator had great attempt continuously to be free from the mentality and corporeality, he finally crossed the worldly manhood, got Noble Paths and Noble Fruits, and had freedom from the self-attachment (Sakkāyaditthi), wrong practice (Silapataparamāsa), and doubts in Triple Gem and practice (Vicikicchā).  The Four Foundations of Mindfulness was practiced until the meditator got wisdom to understand clearly the mentality and corporeality.
