A STUDY OF THE PARTICIPATION OF BASICS EDUCATION BOARD IN THE ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION UNDER SECONDARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE UBON RATCHATHANI AMNAT CHAROEN IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the participation level of Basic Education Committee in The Academic Administration in Secondary Education Service Area Office Ubonratchathani Amnat Charoen in the 21st Century, 2) to compare the study of participation of Basic Education Committee in The Academic Administration in Secondary Education Service Area Office Ubonratchathani Amnat Charoen in the 21st Century classified by gender, education level, duration as the Basic Education Committee and school size 3) to guide the ways to promote the participation Basic Education Committee in The Academic Administration in Secondary Education Service Area Office Ubonratchathani Amnat Charoen in the 21st Century. The sample group of this research consisted of Basic Education Committee in  Secondary Education Service Area Office Ubonratchathani Amnat Charoen, The sample size was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan’s Table, 284 people. The research instruments were 46 items of a questionnaire with five-level Likert scale. The reliability value was at .86. The statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The research findings were as follows; (1) The participation level of Basic Education Committee in The Academic Administration in Secondary Education Service Area Office Ubonratchathani Amnat Charoen in the 21st Century as a whole aspect was at a high level. (2) The comparison of the study of participation of Basic Education Committeein The Academic Administration in Secondary Education Service Area Office Ubonratchathani Amnat Charoen in the 21st Century classified by gender as whole was significantly at the level 0.01, education level as whole was significantly at the level 0.05, duration as the Basic Education Committee as whole was significantly at the level 0.05, and school size as whole was significantly at the level 0.01. (3) The guide ways to promote the participation Basic Education Committee in The Academic Administration in Secondary Education Service Area Office Ubonratchathani Amnat Charoen in the 21stwere; the school should present the school course to the Basic Education Committee in order to know school information by taking technology to apply online application for sharing different working experience of the member of the Basic Education Committee around the world to help the school in making decision, giving advice, participating in school course development, integrating school local course, promote Active Learning and taking technology to apply in learning in the21st Century.
