การปริทัศน์การศึกษาอุปลักษณ์คำว่า “ใจ” ในภาษาไทย

บทคัดย่อ
บทความฉบับนี้รวบรวมและทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษาอุปลักษณ์มโนทัศน์ และความหมายหรืออรรถศาสตร์ของคำว่า “ใจ” ในภาษาไทย ถึงแม้ว่าการศึกษาความหมายของคำว่า “ใจ” โดยใช้ทฤษฎีอุปลักษณ์มโนทัศน์นั้นยังมีไม่มาก บทความนี้พบว่า คนไทยมองและเข้าใจคำว่า “ใจ” โดยผ่านมโนทัศน์อุปลักษณ์ของคำว่า “ใจ” ใน 4 ลักษณะหลัก ดังนี้ (1) ใจเป็นคน (2) ใจเป็นวัตถุ (3) ใจเป็นพื้นที่ และ (4) ใจเป็นภาชนะ โดยสรุป พบว่าคำเรียกอวัยวะ “ใจ” นี้ปรากฏร่วมกับคำอื่น ๆ ในวลีที่คนไทยพูดกันในชีวิตประจำวันในความถี่สูง ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของคำดังกล่าวในการสื่อสารภาษาไทยที่เป็นภาษาพูดในชีวิตประจำวันและมุมมองของคนไทยที่มีต่อคำ “ใจ”
