ความแวดไวระหว่างวัฒนธรรมและอัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรมจีนของผู้เรียนภาษาจีน: กรณีศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มุ่งศึกษาความสามารถด้านความแวดไวระหว่างวัฒนธรรม (intercultural sensitivity) และอัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรมจีนของผู้เรียนภาษาจีนจำนวน 60 คน ที่กำลังศึกษาที่มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ประเทศไทย เนื่องจากบริบทที่มีผู้เรียนภาษาที่สองเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการสื่อสารระหว่างวัฒนธรรมเพิ่มมากขึ้น ทำให้ความสามารถด้านวัฒนธรรมดังกล่าวได้รับความสนใจมากขึ้นในวงการวิชาการ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือสำรวจสถานะปัจจุบัน ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพล และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรทั้งสอง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ผู้เรียนมีระดับความไโดอ่อนไหวระหว่างวัฒนธรรมโดยรวมในระดับค่อนข้างสูง โดยเฉพาะในด้านการให้ความเคารพต่อความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรม แต่ยังมีจุดอ่อนในด้านความมั่นใจในการปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางวัฒนธรรม 2. ผู้เรียนมีอัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรมจีนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยด้านพฤติกรรมและด้านความรู้สึกมีแนวโน้มเชิงบวกมากกว่า ขณะที่ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจยังต้องพัฒนา 3. ระดับความสามารถทางภาษาจีนมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่ออัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรมจีน การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางวัฒนธรรมจีนและประสบการณ์การไปประเทศจีนมีแนวโน้มที่จะส่งผลต่ออัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรมจีนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญใกล้เคียงกัน ส่วนการมีเชื้อสายจีนมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อความอ่อนไหวระหว่างวัฒนธรรม 4. อัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรมจีนเป็นปัจจัยเชิงบวกที่ส่งผลของความอ่อนไหวระหว่างวัฒนธรรม ผลการวิจัยนี้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการบูรณาการเนื้อหาด้านวัฒนธรรมและการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์เข้ากับการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีน เพื่อส่งเสริมความเข้าใจทางวัฒนธรรม ความมั่นใจในการสื่อสาร และความสามารถระหว่างวัฒนธรรมของผู้เรียน
