การศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อภาวะความโดดเดี่ยวของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 กรณีศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความโดดเดี่ยวของของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของลักษณะปัจจัยพื้นฐานกับภาวะความโดดเดี่ยวของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 410 คนด้วยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือแบบสอบถามที่ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วนหลัก คือส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไปของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง และส่วนที่ 2 แบบวัดภาวะความโดดเดี่ยว ยูซีแอลเอ (Revised UCLA Loneliness Scale-Thai version) และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางคอมพิวเตอร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ t-test, One-way ANOVA และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธี Post hoc (Tukey) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีภาวะความโดดเดี่ยวชัดเจนและควรเฝ้าระวัง จำนวน 211 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 51.46 ผลการวิเคราะห์ ANOVA พบว่า มี 5 ตัวแปรที่มีความแตกต่างของระดับความโดดเดี่ยวอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ ระยะเวลาการเล่นโซเชียลมีเดียต่อวัน การเข้าร่วมงาน/กิจกรรมมหาวิทยาลัย ลักษณะการอยู่อาศัย รายจ่ายต่อเดือน และเกรดเฉลี่ย ผลการศึกษานี้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมและการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม เพื่อช่วยลดภาวะความโดดเดี่ยวของนักศึกษาในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย
