CONDITIONS AND DECISION-MAKING BEHAVIOR IN CURRICULUM LEADERSHIP LOCAL TO THE PRACTICE OF OPPORTUNITY EXPANSION SCHOOL UNDER THE LAMPANG PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

The objectives of this research were to study the conditions and to study the behavior in curriculum leadership local to the practice of opportunity expansion school under the Lampang primary education service area office 2. The research process is divided into 2 steps: 1) the study of the conditions of implementing local curriculum into the practice of opportunity expansion schools 2) the study of decision-making behavior in the implementation of opportunity expansion schools. It is a survey research (Survey Research) using a questionnaire. The samples used in the study were from 50 kindergarten teachers, elementary school teachers, and middle school teachers in the first semester of the academic year 2020 by stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. These are percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation.
The results of this research found that:
- The conditions forimplementinglocal leadership curriculum into the practice of opportunity expansion school under the Lampang primary education service area office2, with an overall administrative condition and each aspect was at a high level in all 3 steps: 1) monitoring and evaluation have the most participatory decision-making behavior representing 47.79 percent 2) the preparation for using the coursehave the most participatory decision-making behavior representing 44.33 percent 3) usingthe course have democratic decision-making behavior representing 46.32 percent.
- The study found that most of the school administrators had the most participatory decision-making behavior in curriculum leadership local. It was found that the administrators had a highly participatory decision-making behavior in the administration of local curriculum implementation. accounted for 45.82%, followed by democracy accounted for 44.39%, and autocratic accounted for 9.79 percent.
