The objective of this research were aimed 1) to study demands of the high schoolchildren towards educational management of Sarapeepittayakom School, Sarapee District, Chiang Mai Province, 2) to compare demands of the high schoolchildren towards educational Management of Sarapeepittayakom School,Sarapee District, Chiang Mai Province,who difference in sex, level of class, and study program,and 3) to study problems and ways to the solving of educational Management problems of Sarapeepittayakom School, Sarapee District, Chiang Mai Province.The sample chooses from 226 students with tables Krejcie and Morgan and then divided proportionally stratified random sampling (Stratified Random Sampling). Tools used were questionnaires. The statistics used in this study were the mean and standard deviation values of the t-test and f-test.
The research results were presented in tabular form of presentation. Suggestions/solutions to problems that teachers should adapt their teaching methods. Should be chosen according to their skills needs. environment should be planted more and should be organized in conjunction with the community.
