Buddhadhamma Integration for Promoting the Role of Local Politicians in the Community Development of the Ban Klang Subdistrict Administrative Organization at Song District of Phrae Province

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the role of local politicians in community development of Ban Klang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Song District, Phrae Province 2) to study the relationship between 4 principles of Sangahavattu and the role of local politicians in community development 3) to present guidelines for integrating Buddhist principles to promote the role of local politicians in community development. It is a combined method research. by quantitative and qualitative research, The population and sample are Population aged 18 years and over in the area of Ban Klang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, numbering 354 people and qualitative research. Use in-depth interviews with 10 key informants or people using interview forms and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.
The research results found that:
- The 4 principles of Sangahavattu and the role of local politicians in community development are overall at a moderate level (ðĨĖ = 3.50, S.D. = 0.87) and the level of roles of local politicians in community development. Overall, it is at a high level (ðĨĖ = 3.58, S.D. = 0.81).
- The relationship between the 4 principles of Sangahavattu and the role of local politicians in community development overall has a very high positive relationship (r = .926**). There is a strong positive relationship. It is statistically significant at the 0.01 level, so the hypothesis is accepted.
- Integration: It was found that it should be carried out according to the 4 Sangahavattu principles, which are the principles of interdependence. Helping many people live together happily. Helps refine and eliminate conflicts. Make people live happily together in society. can be integrated into community development.
