Guidelines for Learning Management Based on STEM Education in the BANI World Era for Elementary School Students

This article aims to propose a learning management approach based on STEM education in the BANI World era for elementary school students. The key focus of this article is to present STEM education learning management at the elementary level and its adaptation in the BANI World, which is brittle, anxious, nonlinear, and incomprehensible. Therefore, STEM education activities must be adjusted to suit this context by emphasizing the development of skills that help students cope with a constantly changing world. The activities should be flexible and foster adaptability, addressing students' anxiety while boosting their confidence. Various methods can be used to manage given situations, and teachers should create learning experiences that simplify complex concepts and connect them to real-world contexts.
