Abstract

This research the objectives were: 1) Study the history and guidelines for practicing Dhamma according to Luang Pu Man Phuritto. 2) Study the principles of Buddhist ethics to promote Dhamma practice. 3) Analyze the principles of Buddhist ethics to promote Dhamma practice according to Luang Pu Man Phuritto. It is a Qualitative Research using documentary research. quality by studying from the Tripitaka, Commentary, and academic documents, and related research and analyze the data using descriptive methods.
The research results was found that:
1. History and guidelines for Dhamma practice following the principles of Luang Pu Man Phuritto, holding the 13 Thudongkhawats and giving importance to living in the forest as a practice, and has a large number of disciples. He was a strict adherent to the rules and practices and sought solitude to practice asceticism in various places such as forests, cemeteries, and valleys.
