Abstract

The aims of this research were: to study the condition of knowledge management according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy to the community Sribunrueang district Nongbualamphu province; to compare the opinions of people in knowledge management according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy to the community Classified by educational level, sex and average monthly income; to propose ways to promote knowledge management according to the philosophy of the sufficiency economy to Using a mixed research model The sample consisted of 391 people in the sufficiency economy registration. Sampling was stratified. The research instruments were interview forms. Have confidence value 0.98. The statistics used are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. t-test, One-way ANOVA test.
The results of the research were as follows:
1. The knowledge management according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy to the community found that the aspect with the highest average value is the moral aspect, followed by the self-immunity. And knowledge The aspect that has the lowest mean is the moderate level.
2. Comparison of knowledge management according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy to the community Classified by education, sex, practice were not significantly different. Division by average monthly income, the overall practice was significantly different at the level of .05.
3.
