Transformational Leadership in Thailand 4.0 According to the Power of the Baht 4 Principle of the Private School Administrators under the Khon Kaen Provincial Education Office

Abstract

The aims of this research paper were: 1) to study the transformational leadership in the Thailand 4.0 era of the executives; 2) to compare transformational leadership in Thailand 4.0 era of the administrators; 3) to propose the development guidelines transformational leadership in Thailand 4.0 era of the administrators based on the four Iddhipada principles (Iddhipada; path of accomplishment). The sample consisted of 345 administrators and teachers in simple random sampling. The target groups are 10 administrators and teachers, the results of quantitative data analysis were taken to synthesize the qualitative data to obtain
The research results were as follows:
1. The transformational leadership in Thailand 4.0 according to the four Iddhipada principles of the private school administrators in overall was at the high level of practice. When classified in each aspect, it was found that the aspect which has the highest practice is the integration of the four Iddhipada principles, while the lower level of practice is leadership behaviors according to the four Iddhipada principles (a high level).
2. The comparison of transformational leadership in Thailand 4.0 according to the four Iddhipada principles of the private school administrators, classified by position found that in overall and all aspects, the samples’ principles are statistically significant at the level of .05; divided by the samples’ educational level, the differences with statistical significance at the level of .05; Classified by work experience, it was found that in overall and in each aspect, there was no statistically significant difference of practice at the level of .05.
3. The guidelines for the development of transformational leadership in the Thailand 4.0 according to the four Iddhipada principles of the private school administrators are as follows: 1) The administrators should give everyone the opportunity to participate in the determination of visions. 2) Administrators should have assignments by looking at the success of the work rather than the amount of work and give merit based on transparency or according to the quality of each person's work. 3) Administrators should encourage teachers to do serious classroom research as a way to find solutions of problems from data analysis. 4) Administrators should encourage those under the command to receive education and training.
