Schools Administratration’ Academic Administrator Thailand 4.0 at Phrapariyattidhamma Schools on General Education Department in Khon Kaen Province

The purpose of this research were: to study and compare the academic administration in the Thailand 4.0 era for the administrators of the Phrapariyatti-dhamma schools, general education department, Khon Kaen province, and to provide the guidance of academic administration in the Thailand 4.0 era for the schools. The sample group 188, acquired by purposive sampling. The research methodology was the mixed research. The tools used for collecting data were questionnaire with its reliability value equal to .94 and interview forms. In data analysis, the following statistics: Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation t-test One-way Analysis of Variance were used to gain the findings.
The research results were as follows:
1. The administrators and teachers had opinions in overall picture at a high level. The descending order was seen as follows: registration and evaluation-assessment, management of learning groups and learner development activities, the promotion of educational quality, the development of libraries and learning resources, curriculum development and learning process, network construction, curriculum development and teaching and learning management, and the aspect of promotion and development of innovative media and educational technology.
2. The comparison classified by their position, Classified by educational level and Classified according to work experience,in overall, it was found that the practices were not significantly different. This did not conform to the set hypothesis.
3. The guidelines for the development are that the administrators should use the technology media in developing the modern school curriculum, developing information systems to be in line with the current, easy to find and they should develop an online system that allows learners to easily access information, but with control and oversight, continuously updating courses. In the operation of the learning group, it should comply with the action plan. There should be creation of innovative media that is in line with the needs of the learners. There should be tangible development of teaching and learning using the process of technology.
