Abstract

The purpose of this research were to: 1) study the effectiveness of the provision of service of Bankao Subdistrict Administration Organization, Muang District, Samut SakhonProvince. 2) compare services effectiveness, classified by personal factors. 400 people were used as subjects of the research.The tool which was used to collect the data is a questionnaire about the people’s satisfaction towards the service of Bankao Subdistrict Administration Organization, Muang District, Samut SakhonProvince.400 sets of questionnaire were received in return which is 100 in percentage scale.Analytics programs which were used are frequency, percentage and mean.
