Abstract

The purpose of this research was to: 1) study the personal factors that influence the success of organizational development. According to the quality criteria for public administration of the Department of Community Development and 2) studying factors affecting the success of organization development in accordance with the criteria for the quality of public administration of the Department of Community Development. Ministry of Interior This research is quantitative research. Survey research methods The sample population used in the research was personnel from the Department of Community Development, 202 people using random sampling method. By selecting randomly from population in each class and sampling proportionately The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire with confidence equal to .97. The statistics used in this research were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, comparison of pairs by of Scheffe Test and inferential statistics with the program Package.
The results were as follows:
1. Individual factors that influence the success of organizational development. According to the quality criteria for public administration of the Department of Community Development Ministry of Interior, namely gender, age, position and duration of work are significantly different at the 0.05 level. Other factors no different.
2. Factors affecting the success of organization development in accordance with the quality criteria of public administration of the Department of Community Development Ministry of Interior include Factors of work system readiness, leadership, participation of personnel Skills of personnel Including common values and organizational culture are significantly different at the level of 05, while other factors are not different.
