An Administrative Management of Informative Data for the Administration of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Khonkaen Campus

The purposes of this study were aimed at 1) studying the management of informative data 2) developing the management of informative data for the administration and 3) analyzing the network of informative data connected to both internal and external departments of Mahachulalong kornrajavidyalaya University Khonkaen Campus. The target group was 86 Mahachulalongkorn rajavidyalaya University Khonkaen Campus staffs, who were monks and lay people. Research tool used was questionnaires that could be divided into 2 main groups were 1) quantitative tools; questionnaires of the development of informative data management, and checklist of system and mechanism of each department; and 2) qualitative tools; interview and observation forms of observation participants in data management, focus group, and academic seminaron informative data management. Quantitative data analysis was by computer programs as statistics and descriptive analysis.
The results of the study were found as follows:
1. Informative data management of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Khonkaen Campus by way of completing the questionnaires was found that 3 managements were in a high level, = 3.54 (S.D.=0.32). As for considering in each level. It was found that the highest level was data collection, = 3.61 (S.D.=0.70).
2. The Prosess of informative data development of Mahachulalongkorn
rajavidyalaya University Khonkaen Campus by way of completing the questionnaires was found in a high level, = 3.61 (S.D.=0.54). And The verification of system and mechanism on informative data management for the administration of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Khonkaen Campus was totally 66.06%.
3. The seminar on informative data management included data collection was recommended the method of informative data management for attaching in work process. The researchers had formed this study as operation manual of administrative division of Khonkaen Campus and spread out to each department in which the purpose was to be the guideline for permanent staffs. Meanwhile, there were administrative manuals for 14 curriculums in Khonkaen Campus and the completed one was Bachelor of Education Program in Teaching Thai Language.
