Learning Management to Develop Students Based on Phrapariyattidhamma School Threefold Training of General Education Watprachaniyom Kalasin Province

Research that aims to study 1) the condition of learning management to develop students based on Phrapariyattidhamma School threefold training of general education Watprachaniyom, Kalasin Province, 2) the problem of learning management to develop students based on Phrapariyattidhamma School threefold training of general education Watprachaniyom, Kalasin Province, 3) guidelines of learning management to develop students based on Phrapariyattidhamma School threefold training of general education Watprachaniyom, Kalasin Province in academic year of 2018 which contains 127 students in Mathayom 1-6, and ten population qualitative data which consisted of the director, deputy director and teachers by using questionnaires and interview forms as a research instrument, then analyzed data by computer program using statistics, percentage, mean, frequency and standard deviation.
Research finding shows the condition of learning management to develop students based on Phrapariyattidhamma School threefold training of general education Watprachaniyom, Kalasin Province, overall is at high level with an average of 4.27. Considering each aspects, there were found that the average value were at a high level in all aspects which sort the highest to lowest average value as follow, in terms of
Systematic management 4.30, Condition of learning management for learners development 4.29, Appropriate physical and environmental management with an average of 4.22.
As for problem of learning management to develop students based on Phrapariyattidhamma School threefold training of general education Watprachaniyom, Kalasin Province is totally at high level with an average of 4.30. Considering each aspects, there were found that the average value were at a high level in all aspects which sort the highest to lowest average value as follow, The atmosphere and friendly interaction 4.31, Basic life activities 4.30 and problem of learning management to develop students with average of 4.29 in order. For the guidelines of learning management to develop students based on Phrapariyattidhamma School threefold training of general education Watprachaniyom, Kalasin Province is totally at high level with average of 4.28. Considering each aspects, there were found that the average value were at a high level in all aspects which sort the highest to lowest average value as follow, in the home, temple, school part receive benefit from learning threefold training 4.29, and in the precepts, meditation and wisdom development with an average of 4.27 in order. Problems and obstacles was there is no plan about learning threefold training in other department. Therefore should appropriately organize integrated learning threefold training in other department.
