Learning Management According to Iddhipada Doctrines for Developing Students on the Responsibility In the Social Studies, Religions and Cultures Essential Subject Group of Upper Secondary Education Level, Phrapariyatti Dhamma General Education School Mueang District, Nongkhai Province

The aims of this of this research were: 1) to study the learning management for developing the high school students’ responsibility in Social Studies, Religion and Culture Studies Department in Phrapariyatti Schools (General Education), Mueang district, Nongkhai; 2) to compare the learning management for developing the high school students’ responsibility in Social Studies, Religion and Culture Studies Department in Phrapariyatti Schools (General Education), Mueang district, Nongkhai. This study employed the quantitative research methodology with its 354 samples by the means of questionnaire distribution for collecting the data.
The research results were as follows The mean score of the learning management for developing the high school students’ responsibility in Social Studies, Religion and Culture Studies Department in Phrapariyatti Schools (General Education), Mueang district, Nongkhai in overall was at a high level. The statistic scores of all three studied aspects were the same: discipline, honesty and volunteer spirit.
The comparative analysis of the learning management for developing the high school students’ responsibility in Social Studies, Religion and Culture Studies Department in Phrapariyatti Schools (General Education), Mueang district, Nongkhai, based on their differences: levels of education showed difference of f-values in overall with the statistical significance level of 0.05. This was consistent with the set hypothesis. By means of One-Way Analysis of Variance, classified by the samples’ personal factors: school sizes, the values in overall were different with the statistical significance level of 0.05; this also accepted the set hypothesis.
The suggestions for the learning management to develop the students’ responsibility in in Social Studies, Religion and Culture Studies Department in Phrapariyatti Schools (General Education), Mueang district, Nongkhai, the principles of IV Iddhipada (iddhipāda, path of accomplishment) should be used to develop the student characteristics as the learning management for developing the student responsibility is a characteristic of good citizenship. One of the most important responsibilities is the character and attitude of the person, which is the driving force to follow the rules, respect the rights of others and perform their duties with honesty. The nature of responsibility will help people to live together in a peaceful society. In addition, responsibility is the important moral in national development if people in the country have it.
