Abstract

The administration of small secondary school which have less than 500 students. Nearly all of the students live in the countryside far from prosperity. In each school always have some issue for school director and personnel to consider and flounder to seek a subsistence. Due to lack of budget, substance and readiness which make it impossible to compete with other large government and private school. Day by day its becoming less students because of the parents of each students believe that the bigger school will be more ready and will make children have more quality. The students that studying at smaller school which most of them came from lack of readiness family and become underprivileged and when the students growing up They will become only an unskilled labor. So small school is a big problem that has to be accelerated and seriously solved. Giving external opportunities is the way to survive of the small school, while school should develop the management with efficiency which the school director will need to have a lot of leadership, dare to think outside the box, change new concept and have a strategic vision in education to create effectiveness in school management to occur in factual, to give confident to parents. There is an adjustment of the school to change in the modern world and compete for sustainable development to reduce inequality in education of rural and urban children which is increasing day by day.
