Political Leadership of Local Leaders in Kudnamsai Sup-District Administative Organization, Jatturas District, Chaiyaphum Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of political leadership of local leaders in Kud Nam SaiSubdistrict Administrative Organization; 2) to study the level of political leadership according to the principle of the Seven Sappurisadhamma (Virtues of the Gentleman) of local leaders in Kud Nam SaiSubdistrict Administrative Organization; 3) to compare the political leadership of local leaders in Kud Nam SaiSubdistrict Administrative Organization; 4) to study the political leadership of local leaders in Kud Nam SaiSubdistrict Administrative Organization according to the principle of the Seven Sappurisadhamma. This study was carried out by means of the mixed method research. The research sample consisted of 386 participants and 12 key informants. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview forms. The statistics used in this research were:Mean, Percentage, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVAand descriptive analysis.
The results of the research were as follows:
1. The level of political leadership of local leaders in the Kud Nam SaiSubdistrict Administrative Organization, overall, was at the highest level.
2.The level of political leadership according to the Seven Sappurisadhamma of local leaders in the Kud Nam SaiSubdistrict Administrative Organization, overall was at the highest level.
3. The comparison of political leadership of local leaders in Kud Nam SaiSubdistrict Administrative Organization showed that people with different age, marital status, education level, occupation and monthly income had differentopinions on the political leadership of local leaders; while, people of different genders have no different opinions on the political leadership of local leaders.
4.Political leadership of local leaders in Kud Nam SaiSubdistrict Administrative Organization According to the principle of the Seven Sappurisadhamma is that local leaders should adhere to the principles and process of organizational management,establish a goal-oriented and cost-effective policy,have a generous and sacrificing mind,show leadership to colleagues with generosity,determine appropriate administrative policies in terms of time and budget,implement the policy in accordance with the time frame,coordinate well with every organization and sector and can treat each subordinate appropriately.
