This academic paper has an object to present to Prevention of Repeated
Offenses EM: Probation Prevention Tool for Repeated Offenses} found that at present the government is giving importance to with the problem of prison overflow inmates because such problems affect the punishment measures for offenders to prevent the problem of prison overflow in order to reduce congestion in the prison and increase efficiency in taking care of offenders in accordance with the mission of the Department of Probation or as prescribed by the Ministry of Justice in practice, there are target groups in the use of electronic tracking devices according to the Department of Probation's mission. Many parts, whether they are probation under Section 56 of the Penal Code, who have been suspended. Those who have been reduced to a day of imprisonment Persons undergoing examinations under the Narcotics Rehabilitation Act B.E. 2545.
