The school administration innovation under new normal is a new way of an administration of the administrator to know the new methodology of managing or perusing the new life that different that the past. New innovation is under developing and becoming essential in the present society, therefore the administrator needs to know and understand the tools to manage those new innovations. The school management to achieve the goals, the administrator needs to depend on new innovation by convincing the personals to participate in Training on how to use the media and new technology that existing in the society for teaching Therefore, for the success in school the school administrator needs to have body of knowledge on new innovation to manage the schools that able to practice and transfer those new innovation success fully and effectively for the future.
